If your heart is bounded to help only without any self-benefit, not sticking on whichever self-interest, not at all and acquiring the law of nature, you would be delighted in full swing to help others no matter what the result is it won’t be a pressure on you. This is called satisfaction of life which would be discovered and gained by your own self.
